陈之翰 教授
陈之翰教授为香港中文大学政务与政策科学学院助理教授，同时也是数据科学与政策研究课程的课程副主任。他在香港大学获得社会政策及行政博士学位。他的研究兴趣包括网路治理，企业的可持续发展，社会创新政策及社会影响评估。
